LATE CANCELLATIONS

Class bookings can be freely cancelled prior to 3 hours before a class starts.

A “late cancel” is when you cancel your class booking within 3 hours of the class. There is an automatic charge of $10. If the class was purchased with a class credit, this credit will be not be refunded.

NO SHOWS

A “no-show” is when you do not attend your class or cancel. There is an automatic charge of $15 for no shows. If the class was purchased with a class credit, this credit will be not be refunded.

CLASS WAITLISTS

If a class is fully booked you have the option to join the waitlist.

From the waitlist you can be added into a class at anytime of day, up to 30 minutes before class start. If you are opted in to receive the waitlist notifications, you will receive an text and email to confirm you have been added.

Please treat the waitlist booking as if you are added into the class. If you no longer wish to attend the class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting in to text notifications to avoid unwanted bookings and subsequent late cancel or no show fees.
