TERMS OF SERVICE
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you can no longer make it to your class, please cancel within 3 hours. Late cancellations will forfeit their class credit and incur a $10 fee.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up to your class, the class credit will be forfeited and $15 will be charged to your account. You are required to sign in on the iPad at the front desk when entering the Studio.
CLASS WAITLISTS
You can be added into a class up to 1 hour before a class starts - this includes early morning classes. Please treat the waitlist as a class booking, if you don’t wish to wake up to check if you’ve made it into a class, we strongly recommend removing yourself from the waitlist the night before. If you get added into a class and do not show up, this will incur a non-refundable no-show fee.
CANCELLING & PAUSING MEMBERSHIPS
We require minimum 2 weeks notice for membership cancelations and pauses. We offer membership pauses for clients going on extended holidays. Please email hello@fusionpilatesco.com
COMMUNICATION WITH THE STUDIO TEAM
Please direct all communication regarding memberships or your Momence account to hello@fusionpilatesco.com. We will not accept Instagram direct message.
PRE & POST NATAL CLIENTS
Must be cleared by their doctor or a women’s physio before coming to class.
